Focuses on both the application and performance of “Hard” tools as well as the execution of the “Softer” Cultural and Leadership aspects. Also, benchmarks the organization to world class sustainability based on established criteria and using a Poor, Good, Better, Best rating system.
Focuses on answering 2 Broad Questions to identify the key sustainability risks and opportunities for an organization:
